This company called siliciom technologies pvt ltd is demanding 2 lakhs rupees from me without giving any kind of receipt or anything. I have joined this company on 5th august 2019. They gave me false promises of giving projects but i didn't get anything, not even any training. So i decided to leave the company. Then they start to demand 2 lakhs rupees. Today they told they want hard cash as they don't want to show any transactional records about this for their audit purpose. When i asked about getting a receipt, the person with whom i was talking, sanjay kumar, clearly asked me what is more important for me, a receipt or relieving from the company. When i told i will do a internet transaction for the amount, he told then they will not leave me for another 1 and half month and i need to serve 3 months of notice period also. Please take immediate actions against such companies who are trying to extort money from people without giving them any proper receipt or anything so that they can avoid tax payment and loot people. Please take action.
