Silicon Technology — Online fraud scam

I had started work 7-11-20 but I got a call from them 11-11-20 thay told mi that my ID has been blocked from them. They have been received 7000 from me and are asking for 71000. otherwise a notice will be sent and arrest warrant .. please help me please
