Silk Plush — Online fraud

I placed an order on silk plush on 16th Dec, and I received the product on Tuesday i.e. 21st, when I opened, it was a cheap quality product with different sizes which I didn't see in complete my life. When I tried to call on their helpline ([protected]) no which I found after a very long search. He tried to confuse me with COD and ask for my card details, first, I can't understand the concept of why he needed my card information and all, after a while, I shouted at him that why were you need all my card details and all, he cut the call and never pick again. I wanted my money back and file a case against those people who fooled busy people and govt should be aware of these sites so that more people cannot stuck in these frauds. It is one of the very shameful incidents in India which is not acceptable.
