Dear sir/mam,
It was found that during playing cash game numbers of time screen shows internet problem and types of screen changed and players forsystem works but not reflect in screen, i have recorded and taken same screen shots of that and also told to customer care /support, but they didn't resolve the problem and my money was forfeited. It was only game of rs. 100 (Individual) and playing with other three players.
Helpline no is also not working!
So i recommended to all players that don't play online c"ash game in india, they all are"dramebaaz" they are good if you are continuing depositing money and loose, but they vanished if you want to withdraw your money or game related correction required.
Indian govt. Must have to take action against these companies.
