[Resolved]  Sim Delivery — booking id: osp52613 - sim not delivered

I have booked a matrix european sim card vide booking id: osp52613 on 6th of september 2017 but i am sorry to say that till date the card has not been delivered!! The commitment is to deliver within 72 hours!!!

I have been calling customer care since last 3 to 4 days but the everyday i get different response and firm commitment. Just a new case log number is given every day (See in below mail) but no action is taken to resolve. I am told that ‘blue dart’ is not delivering at my present location (Same is being told since last 4 days). I asked earlier and even today to get the sim delivered through alternate courier company like dhl or even indian speed post and i was assured that they will arrange the delivery. But no development took place.

Today, again i talked with two of your customer care executives and again the same issue of ‘blue dart’ not delivering was repeated. I gave option to deliver it to alternate location at durgapur (Which is very much serviceable by blue dart) but even this was declined!!! They insist on me to take delivery at mumbai airport at the time of departure.

I did not want to postpone this activity to last minute that is why i booked so early. Therefore, i would therefore request you to please look into the matter and get the sim card delivered to following address:-

Hi Amit, we checked the issue with our concerned team and found that your SIM card was returned to us due to some issue with the address from blue dart's end. However, we have re dispatched the same dated 16th Sept 2017. You shall be receiving the card within 2 working days. Please find the AWB number for your order below:

Hi Amit, as per our records, two sim cards were sent to you from our end mistakenly. Hence, you are requested to confirm if you have received both the cards so that we can arrange a sim collection for one of the sim card from you.
