We have ordered for one designer saree but delivered different low quality cloth is delivered and we wanted to return but no one is responding for messages and mail id and number provided in site is also fake ..i request corresponding department should take the action against these elements and save the people

Same here i ordered designer saree buy they send me wrong product n very cheap saree.. kindly anybody take some action..They are cheating people
Fraud company used to advertise in face book and they have whatsapp number they used to take order from whatsapp and web site and deliver some cloth to cheet the people ...concern dept kinldy take some action and save people from cheated ...
How can I cancel the order from sima silk I did order but they did not reply nor answer back
I ordered Lehanga from Sima Silk but I got very low quality Saree. When I tried reaching customer care nobody picked up call and even provided email address was wrong. As per mentioned refund policy I have couriered Saree at that address. I want my money back. I will never order and recommend this website. It's fake. You can reach me at [protected]. I am attaching bank detail.. Refund even my courier charges I paid 160.
Maine jo order kiya tha wo nhi aaya exchange ho k aaya h maune fancy gown ka order kiya tha or saree ki delivery hui h

Simasilk is totally fake and fraud . Please don't order .save your money
Please dont purchase from this site they are doing fraud ..i ordered a saree of rs 1090 but they send me wrong product and a very cheap saree.please guys dont buy any product from this site.. you will regret. After u got product they dont receive any call from your site
This company is fraud it is shopping sites which provides women clothes but they doing fraud with customer becuase thet taking order byt not delivery the right product i ordered a saree of 1099 but they delivered me and wrong sareei tried to return but their is no customer care number and no facebook page
