Simplilearn — About cancellation of my program

I have taken a Java full stack Developper master program on july 7th and after some days my project gone live 24/7 Work.

Then I have contacted the person Maithili sengar who introduced/joined in this Simply Learn but no response from her, why I don't know.

I have asked them before classes starts and I have not even taken or attended even one class also.

They are saying that with in 7 days the cancellation policy is there. Have they gone mad or what, without starting introduction and without any class how can a person comes to know that this program is well and good.

I have mailed more than 60 times and they are saying we are not able to help you and you need to come before 7days.

Then who do I have to ask for this issue.

I need the justice.

What a worst policy they said ###.

My instructor is Hari.

Now liquiloans are harrassing me to pay emi.
