I took the exam 3 Days back on 19th June 2023.
The passing criteria is 25/40 and I just missed it by 1 Mark.
I raised a ticket with SimpliLearn to help me with Retake Voucher as promised, but to my surprise the claim was rejected by their team stating I did not fit the criteria. And gave several reasons. But if this was the case then why do you say on your website that they will give us a second chance if we fail in our first atempt. And that is how they market their courses strongly.

I would like to inform you that to issue the retake voucher, there are several terms and conditions. The retake voucher cannot be issued if the conditions are not met.

Kindly find the terms and conditions below.

1. Participants do not take the ITIL 4 Foundation examination within 45 days o[censored]nlocking the certificate. Not Met

2. Participants do not maintain 100% attendance in at least one batch of the 16 Hours of Live Online Classroom Training sessions.

3. Participants do not complete the e-learning content. The full online study is required to learn the course materials.

4. Participants fail to score at least 80% in any three of the available online ITIL 4 Foundation Exam practice tests available at Simplilearn.com on the first attempt. Not Met

5. Participants fail to book their exam within 6 months from the date of enrollment. Not Met

6. Participants do not follow the instructions of the trainer and do not complete the exercises given in the online classroom training.

7. Participants do not submit the required documents to Simplilearn.

Since the criteria are not met, we will not be able to issue the retake voucher.

I do not understand where did this criterias came from all of a suddden
They were never shown to us any time before,
I would like an intervention here, to help me get the fee refunded as mentioned by the Marketing team since Simpli Learn have rejected me a second atempt

The simplilearn team was supposed to get back to me on this to find a resolution on my case, but I have not yet hear back from them.
Request Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to kindly intervine to get this issue sorted.

Simpli Learn has turned down my request for the retake vouchers yet again with the same reasons stated earlier.

I thinlk these guys do not care any thing about their customer.
If you guys can not keep up your promises, please do not give false promises to your students.
While registering you should be open about your policies that in what cases you will be giving these retake vouchers.
Your marketing team who market these courses completely misleads us with telling us that you will return all the money back if some one fails to clear the certification after two atempts and there will be no questions asked.

Simpli learn is a cheater company in my view who can not keep up to their promises.
I ll take this case ahead to the consumer court.
