I had purchased digital marketing masters program from simplilearn in the month august 2022. During that time i got wonderful support. but from the time i started asking if refund is possible as i didnt like the course content - felt its so much dragging - i asked for 60-70% refund, but not providing saying that their refund policy is over. All started playing passing the pass, one person wont respond for a long time - then he will say contact another person. then that person takes their own sweet time - and says right now i am not in that particular department, kindly contact next person, finally one person told me to raise a support request in the system last 2 weeks before, to which same reply comes from the team - no refund possible - 44000 is not a small amount that too taken from credit card, what is wrong in providing 60-70% refund where i havent even completed 20% of the entire course curriculum. I am not asking for 100% refund, 60-70% can be granted. EVEN IF i reply multiple timesthey just say extension is possible not refund. when i am not willing to pursue the course why is this been enhanced ? its a self learning module - so only i feel its given extension - very dragging content - not at all i liked it. kindly refund the money. evry persons money is their hard earned money - my credit card is not active now - i need the money into my account asap.
