Simpson Petrol Pump — Forgery

I went to simpson Petrol pump near to PORR & SONS, Mount Road, yesterday with my family members at nearly 10.45 p.m.
I gave 66 RS for normal petrol/1 litr .
he said to go to other side to wait.Immediately other man came and asked to pay 100Rs for normal petrol, and fill. then i went to manager room and said this matter. he talked with him,
and asked to fill my vehicle. Again he said i don't have normal petrol give me 70 rs to fill Speed petrol.
His intension is not giving petrol in litrs, and selling petrols only in Amount. something they are cheating while selling fuels in amount.
Again I asked with Manager, but workers are grouped and using some bad words and Threatened to kill.Immediately i escaped from that place and gave complaints in Police using 100.
