SIngapore Job — work permit

Hai friends i need some clarification.

I got a call from one agency, they told me u profile short listed for singapore job and u will get call from singapore. And next day from agency one lady called and said be ready for telephonic interview, from singapore they call 11 am to 5pm. I got call also and they have asked me my experience and qualifications. Then she’s explaining about other facilities. Again i got call from agency stating that you’re selected for singapore job. Then agency told me to visa medical check up cost around 3500 rs in mentioned address. Chennai ashokan gulf medicare. Plot no 6, 1st floor, durga street, sri sakthi nagar, koyambedu, chennai-600106
(Land mark-behind hotel raj park),[protected], divya-[protected], [protected] i have asked to agency is there any mail communication regarding my job. They said they don’t have mail systems. Then enquire about my medical like once i’ll finish my medical how’ll collect the report. Agency told they have directly collect from medical care.

Here my doubts i have crossed check with in internet about medical care. They’re lot fake and cheating reviews.

Please suggest me weather it’s real or fake.
Tomorrow they scheduled for my medical.
