I bought this machine less than two months ago ..since i start stiching the needles always jammed and broken..while i call customer care they given one useless service centre number at trivandrum ...after a long period of waiting one technician visited my home ...and for the name sake he done something and went...the same problem happens again and again...the service centre doesn't have any spares..for replacement...he ask me to send the product by courier to the concerned service centre at cochin...this is what i got from the experience after purchase singer product Was this information helpful? |
