Singhania University — Verification of degree

Dear sir, I have filled online degree varifaction form and paid 1000 rs. Fee for verification of degree two times (28 sept. And 13 oct.).But till date neither any email came from university side nor any tracking id given to me so that I can track it. Please solve my issue.
