I purchased the black water tank syntax. The tank was leak at the bottom of the tank. I told to distributor many times from 25 days there is no reply from him. The distributor name is nirmala devi in gulbarga district. There is no reply and there is no technician arrive to my house. Since 25 days. The other company kisan tank is better than syntax.

We are having a sintex 5000 ltr water tank which is having a crack at bottom of it. Need to repair it because water is wasting.

I bought remo water tank 1000 lt. On 30/06/2017
I have done complain on ur compony.
The tacknician call me
he told me his charge is 1000 rs. It is very high . Ur technician cheat custemer
So i decided to go to the consumer care please tell ur technician do not cheat him

We have total 20 nos of 5kl, 10kl, 20 kl sintex.In one 10 KL vessal leakage observed.There is a crack inside the vessel.So we are in urgent requirement of a service engineer.

The tank is leaking from the base and there is also a crack at the bottom of the tank. The water is continuously leaking. On searching for reviews of Renotuf on Google, similar issue has been reported by many customers. Sintex to please arrange immediate resolution by replacing the tank.
