Sionline Online Mobile Recharge — Cheated and fraud company cheated my amount rs 6570

I am Ilango from chennai. Recently first I opened retailer account in sionline website the amount of rs570. Then I got retailer account id from sionline website and got other details.I tried to open that retailer account on website. But I could not open that account. Then Sionline customer care person contact me directly and they said we are providing only distributor I'd for rs 999 for all service. They said once you paid that amount you can got all access with in one payment and said afteryour payment complete refund your retailer cost. I paid rs 999 and got distributor I'd DIST13232 to this mobile no [protected]. After payment they contact me and pay first amount rs 5000 and said you can use this total among for recharge. I paid Rs 5000 then I could not use this amount for recharge because recharge option didn't available on distributor I'd. He cheated me then I contact customer care they said use must open min 10 retailer I'd and said per retailer I'd cost 480 witho tax so totally they reduced 4800 to my account.Now available only Rs200 in my account. I created retailer I'd for my use and use this I'd for recharge. But I could not recharge some network and every time showing server down alert. Now i didnot contact customer care no and mail id .After enter the mobile no didn't show the network and browser plan. So totally waste online recharge website. I totally very disappeared and worry for this problem and lost my money 570+1000+5000=Rs 6570 and waste of time for this process.so our government Kindly block this website and refund my money.
