I visited siri homes marketing office in uttarahalli, as per the complaints given here there are no roadies and gundas available in their office. We booked a flat, we requested some documents he agreed to provide the same.
Definitely deviations are there in his projects, as per my knowledge 85 to 90 % projects in bangalore are deviated property only. If you are looking for oc projects don't look in to these small builders, approach big builders like brigade, shobha etc.. Even some of the big builder projects also doesn't have oc.
