Sirohi Estates — Payment issue

Hi Sir,

I have purchased property in Wave City (Dream Homes) project in Ghaziabad. The papers which are provided by the Dealer have the price difference.

Another issue--Dealer provided me the Credit note of 60, 600rs, when i ask him to pay the amount, i get the reply that he doesn't get the money from the builder.
one of his executive told me that i will be get the cheque in few days but the Sirohi Estate head confirm me that he did not get any reply from the builder.

Both the statements are contadictory. Please help me in getting my amount of 60, 600rs.
