At the outset we regret inconvenience caused to you. We have received your mail & our team will shortly contact you for further details and resolution of the same. 14/06/2020... I had paid Rs.204/- (Two hundred four) only on 04.06.2020 for the month of June, 2020. But on 14/06.2020 there was no signal from 12-00 a.m. to 12 noon due to non- payment of my subscription. I told to my LCO, there may be a change / addition of channel. Why he should not re-charge the existing plan before stopping the signal? Also my account details not matched with the payment received by my LCO.
