I have been trying to get my connection status resolved and you have extremely pathetic customer care service.
I made two payments on 10th and 17th april and was confirmed that my next recharge will b in june - ticket 6568501.
However my cable connection stopped yesterday! I raised another ticket and spoke to customer care and they confirmed that will be activated by 9 am today 6595596. Still no resolution and the customer care i spoke to disconnected my call. Was this information helpful? |
