Skill Lync And Eduvanz — Regarding course cancellation

This is Bindushri,
I am writing this regarding course cancellation with skill lync and loan cancellation with Eduvanz. I joined one of the course at skill lync by the end of November 2022, then they told that i was eligible for scholarship and i have to pay 5625 per month for 22 months, they told that i will get internship after 3 months, everything was quite good.

I am from a middle class family and also still studying since I'm a student, for EMI i am depending on my father and he is the only working person in our house, when I joined this course my father was having two jobs and thought we can manage but everything changed where he lost his both jobs, now he is getting less that 10k as his salary and I can't continue to pay EMI so in Jan 2023 i requested for course cancellation.

Nobody told that there is no cancellation policy in the beginning, after that still they forced me to continue course and pay EMI, my father borrowed money from others and paid EMI, but since then I'm requesting them to cancel my registration nobody responses.

Even you write 100 E-mail they will tell that they will contact but nobody will contact, even if they contact they are telling no cancellation policy.
If I raise ticket in the dashboard they will close that ticket for no reason without solving the issue.

From Eduvanz somebody called me and they are talking very rashly, even now i got message that there executive will come near our house and also they are telling me to pay late fee charges.
I don't have money from where should I get that money and pay for them?

I explained them everything about my situation but they are not allowing me to cancel registration.

I really can't handle this anymore, what if something happens to me ? Will skill lync and Eduvanz will take responsibility for that?

I really need permanent solution for this. Even now for raising this complaint they will reply that they will contact me but they won't contact me even though if I get call from them they will tell no cancellation policy.I don't want to hear that anymore so i need solution for this issue please do help me.

You are not helping nor solving my issue but you are making it more difficult and you are torturing me everyday.
How many times I have mailed you apart from that you also took money from account
If you won't refund the amount and cancel registration I'll proceed legally
