[Resolved]  Skill Lync — Cancel my loan

I am MARIYAN KAVYA. Recently I got a call from Mr. Satish from Skill Lync.(9345932330) He asked me to enroll in the Skill Lync online course for Post Graduate Program in High-Rise Building Design. Initially, I refused to join but Sales Specialist named Mr.Satish forced me to join the classes and made number of calls to enroll. Despite refusing repeatedly, they persisted and lured that they were giving the L&T jobs offer with high income and offering many facilities. Mr. Satish promised me that If classes are not satisfactory at anytime we can cancel the enrolment and amount will be refunded without any question. After speaking with him I asked for some time to think and join; but he refused and said to pay advance amount Rs.5000/- for registration because some offer is going . So, I paid advance through UPI Rs.5000/-. After that another day he informed me some procedure is pending so he introduced in a call with the financier, Piramal capital housing finance limited. They processed the financing. But when I attended two classes I was not satisfied and they could not fullfill my requirements as they promised I was dissatisfied with the course, found it difficult to understand, and could not fulfill the EMI demand of 1 lakh 50 thousand, which was too high for me and MY family. An advance payment of FIVE THOUSAND RUPEES has already been Paid. Now I don’t need the course. I attended class for 1 day only and your methodology was not to my expectations and started requesting you from 2nd day of the class to cancel enrollment; but you were indifferent and not responding . I was not attending any classes, how can I be held responsible for the loan amount. If you do not cancel my enrollment as assured by you at the time of making me join hastily I may have to resort to other means against the institute and officers who are responsible I request an immediate cancellation of my enrolment and full refund of the amount.
