Dear Sir,
My name is Insamudheen. I want to register complaint against Skill Lync Educational Institution Chennai.
I had registered for a course Master's Certification Program in High-Rise building Design & Analysis program on 12th April 2022. I had paid 250.01 SAR (5012 Rs) through the payment link. I was not interested in that course. However, Company sales representative Mr. Ameen forced me to register for the course. He promised me that I can cancel the course within a 3 month period if I am not interested. Then the full amount will be refunded.
I informed him on 2nd June 2022 that I can't do the course due to my personal issues. And I requested him to refund my amount. Till this moment he is fooling me. Every time I call him he is saying different reasons and lying. I can surely say that this kind of staff destroys the company's dignity and beliefs.
I have attached all the screenshots about his promises.
I kindly requested that you refund my money as soon as possible and take the proper action against him.
