Wish there was a negative scale during rating!. They are proper scammer's. If you attend any classes, for half session would be pressure campaign of their master class like naptol advertisement.. like only 10 mins more there is only 5 more seats left to register for master class etc etc. If by accident, you do register and pay half fees.. then you will be stuck in skill nation. Immediately next day itself if you contact customer care and tell them that you don't wish to proceed with course and want refund..they will say that they have a NO REFUND policy and the only option is to pay rest of the money and join master class, whether you need it or not! OMG ..they didn't mention about this NO REFUND policy anywhere..not even a single sentence during class or WhatsApp group.They are saying this NO REFUND policy and scamming people everywhere.
I am also a upgrad student..they have a full refund of money policy and their customer care is also super professional.
Where as in skill nation, if you mail them, call or even WhatsApp them, they won't give any response.. totally unprofessional customer service team. I guess this team fits the scamming they are doing.
Anyways Don't fall in their trap of master class.. if you really want you can enroll the individual skill which you want to learn.. like power BI . Rest all the promises are fake.
