Misleading master classes offered by Jatan Shah

On 04/February/2024 I was told online a very good advanced mastery course with great discount is offered saying anybody with minimum education anybody can understand and do this course which will help them get a better and higher paying job and if one would enroll for a master class in an hour( Excel, advanced Excel, BI course ) offered by skill nation founder Jatan Shah 500 bonuses and life time access, support and software upgrade will be given to the student along with a job support and on 100 percent completion of the course the trainer Jatan shah will give Microsoft Certification, they told me the course fee is Rs.14396/- including gst and I could even pay 50percent of the course fee and get enrolled to the course to get this best new year course offer so i immediately booked the course paying Rs.7198/- which is 50percent of the course fee at 10.29pm, next day morning by 10am I realised the course was not required by me as it was a advanced course and it would be difficult for me to understand and learn the course to make use of it so mailed them to cancel my enrollment and to refund the course fees as the course had not started and it was to start from 06/01/2024 but they replied saying they dont have a refund policy but upon paying the balance money I could transfer the course to anybody in my circle which I am trying till today but nobody is interested in the course and I have not even opened their dashboard to learn the cours so request you to get my paided amount refunded to my amount which I already paid by my credit card. Please help to get my refund.I have all the email communication done to them as mentioned in this complaint. They are cheating people as they talk sweetly amd give attractive offers and tell us to book immediately to get the offers bonuses and job assitantance which are not o[censored]se.
