I am writing to bring to your attention an incident of online fraud that I have recently experienced. On 18th december, I transferred a sum of Rs 6995 to a person named Shudhanshu Dwivedi (https://shudhanshudwivedi.com/) for an online course for which I am not getting any assistance. The provided mobile number (Ph: [protected]) is always switch off but the whatsapp messages are getting delivered which are unread most of the time.
I had written an e-mail to return my money as I did not get any support and also got bad service. Now i don't know what to do their support regarding course is very bad and their course lectures are also not fully provided to me, for that i think they will push me to pay more.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the person/company, I have not received any response or resolution to this issue. I believe that I have been a victim of online fraud, and I am deeply disturbed by this experience. His companies name is Skillvibes.
Shudhanshu Dwivedi is conducting webinar every single day and cheating so many people. Kindly look into this matter seriously.
