Skillcandy — Wrongly, I have ordered a set of headphones twice in same day 24/11/2023

So, I ordered a set of headphones today and wrongly, I ordered a set of headphones twice in same address (old one where I no longer live). I tried to find information on how do I cancel my first order, and it said I could not. The website also told me I could not cancel the order. I don't know what to do. The headphones haven't shipped yet, and if they do, there is no chance I will actually receive them. Do any of you know, or think, it would be possible for me to start a return before they even ship? Like, it makes sense to me that I would because they still have them and the headphones are still in their possession. If anyone knows for certain whether or not this is a good idea, or if there is another way to go about this, I'd greatly appreciate the help.
