I am veerababu from visakhapatnam i am a mechanical graduate, i got a call from skilllync named karthik an inside sales specialist to join in this course PG Programme in CAD. but i said him i am financially very poor if iam interested i will call you i am not interested in any paid courses. but they called me daily to join this course and they also said that you dont have to pay any money we are taking care of all your payments. so thats why i am joined in this course.
after some days he called me to send some documents like aadhar, pan, bank passbook. after somedays i got a call from eduvanz. eduvanz is a financial partener to skilllync. i immedioately called to skilllync to cancel the loan process. but they promised that we are taking care of all your payments.
skilllync paid me 3 months of EMI after that they handsup. what can i do, after that there is 4 months of overdue. recovery agents came to my home about repayment. but i said what was happened to me they understand and talked me with his manager, he suggested me to give a police complaint against skill lync. i complained against skilllync and i send it to eduvanz.
and i immediately raised so many requests to cancel my course, but skilllync denying to answer and doesnot responds in a proper way.
i am also talked with the grievance team also. and also talked with the so many executives of the skilllync but no one replied me.
