I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unethical and unprofessional practices I have encountered while purchasing my Škoda Kushaq Sportline 1.0 TSI from Aryaveer Škoda, East of Kailash, Delhi (NCR).

I made a total payment of ₹14, 65, 000, which includes:

₹9, 50, 000 via NEFT/RTGS
₹3, 00, 000 via credit card, with a prior condition that up to ₹3, 00, 000, no additional charges would be imposed, or else I would have to bear 2% extra
₹2, 15, 000 as the exchange value of my old car
A complimentary kit worth ₹8, 779 was promised free of cost
Issues Faced:
Lack of Proper Documentation at the Time of Delivery

I took delivery of the vehicle on 08 December 2024, but I was handed over only the insurance receipt—no invoice, no proper payment receipt.
I was told that since it was a Sunday, the accounts department was on leave. Trusting their statement, I accepted the situation.
Delayed and Incorrect Documentation

After 2-3 days, despite multiple follow-ups, I had not received the invoice or a breakdown of the component-wise charges.
After escalating the issue to the AGM, I was provided with an unsigned PDF invoice, which was highly unprofessional.
Even after several requests, I was denied a copy of the Voucher, raising serious concerns about transparency.
Discrepancies in Payment and Overcharging

After persistent follow-ups over a span of a month, I received:
Insurance receipt: ₹39, 012
RTO challan: ₹1, 18, 685
Vehicle invoice: ₹12, 89, 871
Total: ₹14, 47, 568, which is less than my total payment of ₹14, 65, 000
Upon receiving the ledger statement, I discovered that:
Against my ₹3, 00, 000 payment via credit card, only ₹2, 94, 000 was credited.
The so-called "complementary kit" was falsely added to my invoice despite being promised free of cost.
Misleading & Unethical Conduct by Aryaveer Škoda Staff

When I raised these concerns, the staff, particularly Ms. Sanjana Srivastava, started misleading the facts instead of addressing the issue.
They are now questioning me about proof of their own commitments, which is highly unprofessional.
Expected Resolution:
Immediate refund of the excess amount charged
Proper documentation, including a signed invoice, component-wise payment voucher, and final receipt
Clarification and corrective action against the unethical practices of Aryaveer Škoda
This experience has been extremely disappointing and has severely impacted my trust in the Škoda brand. I urge you to take immediate action and provide a fair resolution at the earliest.
