We have booked a car suggested by Praveen working with Skoda.

Even after paying the amount we were told that the car we have selected has been sold to another customer, and we are being forced to buy a higher version . They have all our money in their account and concerned person is not even picking the phone.

    My rapid was stuck in an accident and my right rear door was damaged. The history of Skoda and there parts availability is well known to everyone. Anyway i got new door in next 15 days and service supervisor told me it will take 2 days for fitting and paint work. I gave the car, when i got a call that your car is ready we visited and were shocked to see that one original door is silver and other is light sky-blue and the amazing thing is the supervisor and rest staff didn’t find any mismatch in color and said it’s really a fine work. After a long argument they agreed to paint and this time they put a layer a paint quote on quarter panel and half on front door too, so that no one can easily judge the difference in two doors, they ruin the originality of a brand new car. Now it looks worse than before, Afraid of your genious painters, I got my car back worrying that they paint the whole car, even a roadside denter/painter can do better paint than these trained guys.       Hello, I own Skoda Fabia 2009 Registration number DL8CL 6422 . Last year Steering and air bags light started flashing on the dashboard . We gave the car next day to Nawab Motors Noida for checkup. They told us that there is no issue and erro went away after Scanning and clearing the error. But the issue occurred again and went Back to them again . Since they the car had gone back 5-6 time and every time we get some other excuse like, old battery, Faulty relay, Software update and now they are saying their is something wrong with Engine wiring . Now the car would not run at all, it just starts and shuts down after few seconds . I am very frustrated as every time i have to take leave from office to go to the workshop to drop off and pick up the car .         Dear Sir, Sub: Request to redress an issue related to extended warranty Since I am unable to get a helpful response from your service center M/s Marikar Engineers PVT LTD Thiruvananthapuram, I am turning to you as my next resort. I have purchased Skoda Fabia 1.2 TDI from Marikar during August 2011; with an additional payment of Rs. 10, 423/- for getting extended warranty of two more years. So I enjoy a warranty period till August 2015. Enclosed is the copy of the invoice for your reference. My vehicle number is KL-16-G-8869. I did all the service and repair from authorized service centers of Skoda till now. Amid a routine inspection of my car during August 2014 (kilometer reading approximately 65, 000 if I am right), the service personnel informed me that the car has some problem in the steering rod and it has to be replaced, the cost may come to around Rs. 45, 000/- I told him to do it under warranty and to my surprise, after a couple of days, he informed me that I do not have warranty and I will have to replace it on my own cost. Since then till now, I am constantly in touch with the showroom at least once in a month, only to know that they are communicating with the company regarding warranty and there is not much of a progress so far. They are admitting that they have received the amount from me but at the same time they claimed that Skoda is not ready to do it under warranty. There are some issues with the transfer of my payment from the showroom to the company. The only information that they are able to deliver is that I am not alone and there are other customers who face the same issue. I don’t find anything particularly soothing with that point. • Who is responsible for delaying and hence denying the repair of my car for the last 6 months even after a faulty part is detected? • Am I being dragged far too much so that the warranty period gets over by august 2015? • Is this a delaying tactics to deny the benefits, which I have already paid for? • If the company is not able to give benefits to the customer after we pay a premium for it, is it a breach of contract? Unfortunately, this regrettable performance of the company and service centre on after sales front only reflects poorly on your entire organization. I request your assistance in resolving this problem and to honor all the terms of warranty contract with me. In case this discrepancy is the result of a simple oversight, I am ready to co-operate with you if you want little more time to cure it, but that should be done on an assurance that the replacement will be done under the warranty contract. I have enjoyed my ride with Skoda car for the past three years and I would like to continue for more years to come. I admire the quality of cars that you produce. But please don’t dent my confidence level in your company as a customer in the most important area like after sales service. Please act swiftly and positively. Yours truly Krishnan Potty V

          I have skoda fabia 2010 model. It has run over 1 lac kms. After my last service it started giving me problems in terms of pickup. I recently got it checked up at giriraj motors in gurgaon and I was told that the clutch needs to be changed. An estimate of 45 k was given to me. I feel it is a killer to have skoda cars as already the last service costed me bomb and other services were also not below 11 k. I got mr sanjay shuklas email address and I tried to find out the reference nos of the parts. He has responded with the cost after so many follow ups but not what I wanted. Now with so many reminders he is still not replying. My complaint is one that is is a white elephant to have skoda fabia and when we want to fund out our way of reducing the cost we dont get the support. Is there anyway I can have my fabia running again in an affordable way? And you have a poor responsive staff, sorry to mention that.

            Skoda Rapid Ambition 2012 model Fuel injector issue

            Hi, Our Skoda Rapid Ambition 1.6 TDI, bought in October 2012, recently had an issue of a blinking "Emission and coil" indicator, in between a drive. When it was taken to the Bangalore KR Puram service station, they diagnosed and the issue seems to be with Fuel injection system.             vibration in steering wheel when brake applied @ 100 km speed

            I have bought two skoda suberbs and paid more than 57 lacs downpayment and JIA AUTO services in Kolkata has created nuisance in my life. The car stops automatically even after I paid 20000 for a new fuel pump just two weeks from now. Mr Shobin Roy is of no use and so are the owners. They do not give feedback on time and the parts are never there. I also feel that there is some theft happening in the centres and parts are being misplaced or duplicate stuff is put.             It has not been a year since my Skoda Superb 4459 had an an issue and I had a terrible experience and I complained to you all. Now, my other Skoda Superb WB06G 7473 was kept by them for mere servicing and after keeping the car for a week which was in healthy condition, when my chauffeur went to JIA AUTO WORKSHOP, the car did not start. They said they need to check the car parts again and then after 2 -3 days, they are saying that our ECM is bad and needs to be replaced and the cost is 2, 20, 000/- . Is this a joke?

            When I had sent my car it was completely healthy and had gone for mere servicing and now if the part has gone bad, it has gone bad in the JIA AUTO custody.

            I demand it should be replaced immediately and I should not be harassed.

            Kindly note that SKODA is such a big company and if it cannot control the Distributors such as JIA AUTO whose integrity is questioned by entire Kolkata, I feel their is something wrong with so called intellectual people of SKODA headquarters.

            I need an immediate solution before taking JIA AUTO and SKODA Headquarters to Indian Courts.

            Skoda car which was purchased on 31st March, 2010, from one Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., being your authorized dealer and having the following details:
            Model: Superb
            Registration No: WB06D1702
            Chassis No: A300546
            Engine No: CDA095220
            1. The said car has been suffering a lot of problems and defects for quite some time, from March 2015 till date, and has been sent to Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., being the authorized service centre of Skoda Auto, several number of times and every time they had withheld the said car for prolonged period, and then charged exorbitant amounts for the said servicing. Details of the said facts are provided in the annexed letter dated 27/4/2016.
            2. Being totally dejected and harassed by the serving of your authorised dealer, Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., and totally fed up with the performance of the aforesaid car, we had forwarded you a letter of complaint dated 27/4/2016, and on receipt of our letter, we had been contacted by the General Manager Mr. Tanmoy Mukhopadhya of Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., who requested us to give the car to them for servicing and he assured that they will personally look into it that all defects in the said car will be rectified. On such assurance, he took the car from us on 3rd May, 2016.
            3. Repeating their past record, they again wrongfully withheld our car from 3rd May 2016 and on 13th May, 2016, Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., forwarded a mail, where they stated that they have detected the problems in the said car, and further forwarded an estimated bill of Rs. 23, 945.07/-, which showed that the radiator needs to be replaced.
            4. On receipt of the aforesaid mail when the representative of Haridwar Traders. Pvt. Ltd., called up the General Manager of Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., on 16/5/2016, and enquired why again a fresh estimation has been forwarded, and why the radiator needs to be replaced now when we had complained regarding the same repeatedly during the last one year, in reply to which, he could not give a proper justification, and avoided the topic by saying he is not aware of the previous servicing which had been done from Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd. He further stated that mistake has been done from their end, and they did not properly service the said car previously as due care was not provided while servicing before.
            5. Further, this time too, Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd. withheld the car for 11 long days just for checking the defects. During this 11 days and till date i.e for a total of 16 days we again are hiring cars, which is costing us Rs. 375/- approx per hour for 24 hours on a daily basis, coming to a total of Rs. 1, 26, 000/- till date. Like any other Premium car manufacturer Skoda Auto should have either rectified the problem asap or provided a spare car the said GM, Mr. Tanmoy Mukhopadhya, refused to any such facility.
            6. Under the aforesaid circumstances, we have well understood the tricks and techniques of Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., to fraud their sober customers like us. For the last one year when the said car had faced defects, for which it had to be sent to Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., it has not properly serviced the said car, and every time just eye washing us by repairing and replacing the ancillary parts without looking into the actual problem and repairing the defects, they have robbed us of exorbitant amounts. After a detailed discussion with the General Manager of Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., who during the said conversation, confessed himself that the said car was not duly and properly serviced on previous times, it is pretty clear to us the malafide intention and wrongful business practice of Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd. it is well evident that they have a basic mentality to cheat their customers as the last time before sending the aforementioned letter dated 27/4/2016, they had excused themselves stating that there was software problem in the said car and now they are coming with new issues of radiator replacement which do not match with their previous statements.
            7. After conversing with the General Manager of Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., who denied to take responsibility of the previous servicing as had been from their end and accepting fault and negligence from their part for the continuous defects in the car, it is a well proven fact now that, if our car is defective today and if our car requires replacement of parts it is due to the fault of Jia Auto Sales (P) Ltd., for whose intentional malafide laxity our car has become faulty and damaged. We can well presume that Jia Auto purposefully damages parts of our car so that they can raise bills to us and further rob us.
            It would be wise not to waste our hard earned money on buying Skoda if they not change the dealer and service center in Kolkata.

              Sir, I am really glad that skoda immediately attended to my complaint.The injector were replaced for free.The software was updated for the ECU and lastly the vibrations from the Stearing too was sorted out after polishing the disks.I would like to mention the overall experience into two segments. Prons: 1) Problems was immediately attended. 2)Kept me updated. 3)Injectors replaced under good will. Cons: 1) The alignment and uneven wear of tyre problem was not sorted.The service people said that, they dont have the facility.The car still steers to the left when the steering is left free on straight even roads. 2) The driver side Master motor for power windows is still not delivered as on 11th jan. 3)The software update smoothened the car and reduced the noise of the engine by 10% but the car lost its power and mileage.I used to get around 20kmpl but now reduced to 15kmpl.               we have given our car vide registration number HR30J0045 model superb
              fpr repair (accidental job) on[protected] to m/s jai auto A-39 mohan co-operative industrial estate mathura road, new Delhi but till date we have no received our car from above mentioned dealer everything they given new date or makes new excuse or some time they turned deaf cars of our repeated request.
              now i m felling that i have made mistake to choose this car because since last 80 days i m helpless. this car comes under luxury categories but i think above dealer contact and this car is scrape category in luxury cars you are advised to look after this matter otherwise i m knocking the door of court to get my car back & to claim compensation for my harassment.

                Skoda fabia car with number KA-55 M-756 was given to service in mysore SAGAR service centre.The service was very much delayed and it almost took 1 month for repairs .Even after so much delay car service was not satisfactory.Many car parts was not replaced sighting the reason of non availability of parts even after 1 month.This was the worst ever service we recieved from skoda services.

                I gave my Skoda Octavia for repair [due to an accident, which I hope you must be knowing by now] on 30th April 2015.at Viraaj Skoda, Pune.

                Today is 23rd Jun-2105, and till date neither I have the required spares support from Skoda as told by the dealer and nor any commitment.

                After waiting 6 months, I got delivery of this vehicle, that time too with many failed commitments, and now two months passed and I can't get the requisite spares???

                Do you think, this is professional for a company like Skoda?

                Can you please let me know the status? And how fast you can expedite and give my car back?

                Appreciate if you can answer, considering the customer problem of being without a car for two months!!!

                    FROM LAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEM IN MY EGR PART OF SKODA RAPID. THE CAR IS CURRENTLY IN A WARRENTY PERIOD.                       Dear Sir, Veh Regn No: TN45AT5270 Name of Customer: Mr Jagdish Patel Dealer Name: Gurudev Motors (Trichy) Dealer Location: Trichy Vehicle number : TN 45 AT 5370. We own a Skoda Yeti 4x4 model purchased from your Dealer. We are unhappy with their service right from the starting. First Issue was the wheel alignment problem, Second was the audio system problem & now the AC problem. For your information, We have done all the service in time and with your authorized service dealer only. We have never allowed a local mechanic to solve even a small problem. Even though a Head Light buld has to be replaced we have done at your dealer point. As during the last service time the dealer has informed us regarding a manufacturing defect on AC Valve and has to replace in free of cost. We allowed them to replace the same. After they replaced AC was in good condition. We send the vehicle for 1.35Lakh km general service and received the vehicle. From then the AC is not working. We informed the service person and they have informed us the AC compressor has to be changed. As the vehicle has runned just 1.35lakh Kms and AC compressor problem has occured. We also have Innova, Maruti Ertiga & Qualis from which Qualis is running near to 3 lakh kms and its AC is still running in good condition and other cars are crossed 1.3 lakh kms and ac performance is good. We have purchased skoda in mind of good brand name. But today we have analyzed the real meaning of Skoda. As we have done all the services regularly with your dealer and at sudden a AC compressor has been faulty without any indication is not possible. Till the 1.35 lakh kms the AC was in good condition after the 1.35 lakh kms service the AC is not working and during the service of 1.35 lakh the service dealer has also not informed us regarding the AC condition. At sudden how could be possible of Compressor problem. We have doubt in service dealer, due to their mis-handling or during the AC valve replacement some problems might have been happened. We request you to kindly please verify with your service dealer and inform the reason why have the AC compressor problem has occured in sudden and why have the service person has not intimated us earlier. We have requested for our car report but the service dealer is not ready to give us the report and going on delaying by some reasons. I want to file a compliant in Skoda & Gurudev motors Trichy dealer in consumer court. We are waiting for your earliest reply and my car problems to be solved.                         Dear Sir, Good Day!!!I am writing this mail with at most dissatisfaction and depression on buying your esteemed vehicle. to be very frank it was always a dream come true for me to have a vehicle owned by Skoda. In my family we had two, one was with my dad a Fabia and with me a Skoda rapid(my first owned car).i have dreamed and pooled in a lot of effort to have enough money to buy my favorite. 1, Unfortunately from the next month i bought this car i was facing a lot of issues on it. it started with a rust seen in the engine room, and when i show it to the vision skoda service station, they rubbed it and applied some grease and told me that now it will be fine. i thought i would accept it, so that i could keep a rapport with them since i will be forced to come to the same service station.( for ref please find the attachments for the same).2, The second issue started when i told them there is metal rubbing kind a sound coming from the wheels, when i told them regarding the same, they told me it same with all the skoda cars. i was forced to believe it since this is, since i am layman, donno much about the mechanical side of the cars.3, The third issue started when i started facing issue with the breaking system, on an emergency breaking the breaks used to hold and released, then it takes quiet a seconds(not micro seconds almost 5 seconds) to hold it back, which leaves the vehicles for almost 2, 3 meters without break. when i was told about the same they said it is common for the skoda vehicle, i believed that too.4, The funniest part is when i gave my vehicle for my first service the rotor was bend which required skimming, then the the break pads where replaced, which was surprising. the ones which they said that was common with all Skoda's become a replacement for the same, with that the replacement and leveling the rotor, the sound issue got over but still the braking issue is there.5, At last after 1000 Kms from the service it is been noticed that the alignment has been gone and the tiers have been worn out and the iron threads started coming out. i am not sure if it is also common for all the Skoda's at a running Km of 16, 000Kms(remember the service center has done the wheel alignment and wheel balancing during my 1st service) . i never complained coz still i believed in you even after knowing the guys are fooling around with me. i am sure the wheel alignment will never go wrong unless someone fiddles with it, that too purposefully.6, the sixth Issue started when the heating coil started blinking when i was travelling from Bangalore to Kerala, as per the customer care instruction i have taken the car to the Mysore Skoda and donno what they did!!! they said now it is all good and told me you can continue with my journey, they too charged 650 rs for the same, just after 20 kms it started blinking again( now that 650 also gone in the drain ). but somehow i managed to reach wayanad, when i reached kerala, i just opened the engine cover, my the sight was much more disappointing there is an oil leakage and the oil was scattered all over, i went to the vision skoda with the same and told the whole stories, (dated :22/11/2014) they took a whole month to investigate and gave the vehicle back on 22/12/2014.7, The day i went to take the vehicle back, i just opened the engine cover and now it is not the oil but the diesel is leaking on the fuel injector portion. i was asked to wait till 3 in the evening and got the vehicle back.8. Then i started the journey back to my place just after 20 kms the heating coil warning light started blinking again, was just wondering why i gave a month for them to experiment my vehicle. considering the fact that the heating coil is blinking and as per the instruction from the service center they toed the vehicle to the service center, and after two days the got the vehicle back to me saying it is all fine.9, yesterday the so said perfect vehicle was taken by night to pick up my wife from Airport and after traveling almost 16 km my whole vehicle started smelling like diesel and when i opened the engine room there was lot of diesel dipping from the injector. late night at 12:30 i was sure nobody could help. so your call center guy told me to park my car on the roadside. somehow i managed the vehicle to drive till my house and now it is parked over there.10, inbetween there was an issue with the electronic fuel pump and was in the service center for a few days as well, Dear Sir, i am talking about a vehicle which have run only 27000Kms, half of the year your esteemed product is in the workshop, I am paying an EMI of 12000/-, whenever i want to go somewhere my vehicle will broke down, so i am forced to take a taxi for the same. a 1.5 year old vehicle have all kind of leakages in its body. breaks not working, tell me what is the point in keeping this vehicle with me.                         Very sad to know that u have been thru all that u hve mentioned, Me too a skoda owner is facing problems with a vehicle which has run just 26k kms.The driver side master motor stopped working, above speed of 70kms when i apply breaks the whole steering column vibrates, uneven wear off of the front left tyres, now the latest being the coil indicator blinking. I took the car to the service station in EKM.The car is there since a week.The injectors have failed and needs to be replaced.Cost is 29, 000. What to say regarding a car which boasts of high quality.Very poorly built cars and poor customer service.Skoda is not at all bothered about the fact that now there are only two service centres in whole of kerala.i PAID 4000RS just to take the car to the service station. I am frustrated and irritated.Some how the guys at Marikar is keeping me updated about the status.

                            Hi My name is Gaurav and i have a query about the First Free Service that skoda is offering after 1 Year completion or 15000 kms which ever comes first. I have a Skoda Rapid that i purchased in December 2013 from Jai Autos Bhikaji Cama New Delhi. I went to the service centre on 13.12.2014 as per booking. I was expecting a free service but the skoda advisor mentioned that i have to pay Rs.7500 as a charge for changing oil and replacement of filters. I denied for the changes as my car only covered 2000 kms in last 1 year. But the advisor said it is mandatory to make the changes as it is a part of service. I have checked your booklets, service book, manual and warranty policies its not mentioned anywhere that its mandatory that oil and filters needs to be changed. After 1 hour of argument they agreed for the service without changing anything. But at the end they did not provide me with the stamp on the service booklet. May i know is it necessary to change the oil and filters during the 1st free service and if i don't allow them to make any changes they will not provide me with the service?

                            Free service refers to the workmanship costs and replacement of defective parts when under warranty.Changing of filters and oil is a necessary/Mandatory procedure followed by any vehicle manufacturer.The kilometers run is not taken into account.It is essential that you get the work done and get it notified in the service book so that you can retain your warranty.Not following the recommendations will put you in trouble later on.

                            As you have mentioned it is necessary to change the oil and filters. May I know in which policy it is written that its mandatory or where it is written that I have to bare Rs.7500 to get it done.

                            The cost of oil and filters are supposed to be paid by the owner of the car.I have used maruti suzuki swift before and i have done the same during the free services.The cost of maintenance for a brand like skoda is higher in comparison to suzuki but very similar to brands like volkswagen, ford etc.Around rupees 4200 itself is the cost of the synthetic oil used in your car.Synthetic oils run longer therefore needs replacements only once in a year.Rest goes for the price of filters.Your next service will cost around 9k-10k and the third service will cost you around 10k-12k.By the way brother i dont know were is it printed or written.make sure you do timely service retain the warranty and also if possible take extended warranty which will cost you around 15000. I am in contact with many skoda owners who regret buying the product ( including me) and the price for the parts are unrealistic for a car of this segment.You can read other blogs in this site to make sure.

                            Example: Getting your clutch disk replaced in a hyundai verna will set you back by only 25k- 30k but the same thing in a skoda rapid will set you back by 80k - 90k. If you have a problem with the price and cost of ownership now itself then you will face more difficulties in future.

                              Its been almost an year that I have purchased my "skoda - fabia" and for almost 4 -5 months its been into the service stations. I purchased my " fabia " from " C&T - MEERUT " which no more owes a " skoda " dealership, as result of which, i have to always rush to " NAWAB MOTORS - NOIDA " and wasting the fuel worth half a grand but still outcome is zero . My querries stand still. " SKODA - NAWAB MOTORS " claims a need to change my car's fuel pump & pipe and its been almost 3 days, the part is still unavailable depicting the reluctant nature of company towards its costumer . Fuel pump being such crucial inventory should be kept in stocks, i suppose. I also drafted my querry at the "toll-free", but no action has been taken yet. I am highly unsatisfied being a "skoda costumer ". What i personally feel is that i have been handed over an old piece from the stock . Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible because its difficult to me travel Noida or so everytime in this chilly winters spending huge for nothing.

                                My name is Iype KA and i had purchased a Skoda rapid in feb 2012.The car has run only 28000kms till now.But now we are already facing with following complaints: 1) Above speeds of 70 when we apply brakes the whole car shivers 2) Uneven wear of front tyres even after repeatedly getting the alignment done.We had to change the tyres.The technician says there is fault with the suspension mount. 3) The driver side master motor has to be replaced. 4) recently the car stalled and the glow plug indicator lit up.The technician says the injectors have to be replaced. Getting all this repaired will create a hole in my pocket.Why is this happening to a vehicle which is almost new and has not run much kms.I am very frustrated and regret buying a skoda product.I am requesting skoda to look into the matter and help me with the service costs.Car number is KL7BT 4386

                                  Dear Skoda, I am very sorry to say i ever had such a bad experience with the 4th paid service of my skoda rapid. I did my all my previous 3 paid services with the Vision Skoda in Thrissur in Kerala and unfortunately for the 4th time I had given my car to Marikar Skoda Kochin Kerala for service. Normally when ever i given my car for the service it was just like 11000 Rupees to 12000 Rupees was the maximum expense which incurred for my service when i did service with the Skoda service in Thrissur. But for my service in Kochin a few days back they charged me nearly 20000 Rupees how can they charge me such a huge amount, or how it can be such a huge difference between two authorised service centres. when i given my car for service i have mention to them about my ABS light is blinking and has to look and repair the same and they said ok we will repair and unfortunately they haven't done anything with the same. After the service my engine oil is leaking diesel pipes are leaking and even one time engine oil red light has shown in the indication area. I don't know what should i do about the same. And also one main thing they said engine flushing or something which i never heard with other service providers and without even asking they did that also and they charged me nearly 4000 rupees for that. And finally without my permission they engraved their sticker showing MARIKAR on my car. I don't know what is happening. i am attaching a photo showing cost of repair which is saying by skoda motors india in their website.                                   i too regret buying a skoda product.I understand now that the car doesnt undergo any quality checks or regulations.Now the number of showrooms in kerala has reduced to two or three, people from different parts have to rely on those remaining.I drop my car at the service and have to catch a bus/train to get back home. The people at the service centers also know that we dont have anywhere else to go, their behaviour is also very rude and casual!!one more thing - The price of parts is not digestible at all.The prices are same as that of premium cars.What to say!!

                                    Sir, I gave my Skoda Rapid for repairs as its bonnet was crashed and needed to be replaced along with some other minor repairs on 20th November, 2013. The name of the dealer is "Torque Automotive Pvt. Ltd" in Surat. I was assured that the car will be repaired within a period of 10 days. I am a frequent traveler and I do need car for travelling long distances for everyday business purpose. After repeatedly taking proper backup since 28th November and waiting for more than 14 days, they said that they have no idea when the car will be repaired as they don't have spare parts as present. This type o[censored]nprofessional and careless response depicts mere shrinkage of work. The manager of the Torque Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Mr Srikanth constantly ignored our phone call due to which every time to know the status of my car, had to go to a long distance which further disturbs my schedule. On asking him the reasons for delay, the constant excuse of the service center was they are not having spare parts. If they don't have it, they would have not accepted my car for repairs. And if they do so, it is there responsibility to inform me the time it will take to get my car repair. On the other hand, the manager himself told us to register a complaint and give us the number of customer care when inquired about the delay. This type of experience was not expected from the Skoda company. The service center is of inferior quality, always out of stock of spare parts, depicts lack of management and lack of proper response to customers. Even for the minor repairs, the customer has to wait for days. I have given the car for repairs after properly arranging my whole schedule. As a business man, I do face great problem in re-arranging my schedule for further 5 days(which is also not guaranteed). I had planned my whole schedule keeping in view all my upcoming family functions which will be disturbed because of inferior quality of services by Skoda Service Centers. I had to confess sadly that the management of Skoda Service Centers stands nowhere when compared to the services I got from other companies service centers like Maruti Suzuki and Hundai. I would request Skoda to look into the management of Skoda Service Centers and work upon its improvement. Chandrakant Tibra Surat
