[Resolved]  Skoda India — Service Department

Last month my car got damaged due to accident (Silencer Damaged).
I put my car at Excel Skoda Service Faridabad on 8th of December 2022.

Service team committed to provide serviced car by 26th-27th of December. but they failed. and excused as Part is not coming from Skoda Manufacturing department.

I asked for any alternate option, Because I'm facing problem in absence of my Car.

They told me to provide alternate car in 1-2 days. I waited for 4-5 days but no success. Again I got other excuse that we don't have that alternate car free at the moment.

I went to Skoda Showroom, Met with Manager He promised to provide that alternate car by Tuesday (3rd of Jan 2023).

Then next day.
Next day.

Finally they asked me to by 3PM today to get alternate car. Still my car has no update.

I said ok. I'll come by 3PM.
Now I'm getting call that come by 4:30pm because that car is not present at Skoda.

I don't want any Alternate car as well as my Skoda Car.

Please help me in this. ASAP.
