I ordered Skullcandy earphones at around 3 AM. After placing the order, I checked the reviews and found them to be quite poor. Skullcandy — Warranty claim issues

I had brought a skullcandy product from flipkart in Nov 2023, it's u der warranty till nov 2024, the product stopped working, I visited the skullcandy service center and they are not ready to accept flipkart bill downloaded from the flipkart app as a proper bill and calling it fake.
