[Resolved] Sky Commodities — Login problems

In last three month I have faced login problem atleast four times.
I ring to customer care then my biometric is activated but problem persist as it is not opening through password.
Today I have called to customer care many a times but not there is no response.
I am loosing hope.

Sky Commodities Customer Care's response We wish to inform that we don't have any login problems and the complainant lodged without mentioning the client code or the date of the events in the complaint. Also, we would like to point out that the client can contact our customer care or our RMS Department[protected] for rectifying his side issue. We presume that he may be using the old app and his issue can be resolved if he contacted our customer care or our RMS department as stated above. We request you to kindly close the complaint in your records as the client complaint is baseless and raised false allegation against us without revealing his real identity.
