[Resolved]  Sky Commodities — Sky commodity is the fraud company. This is how I lost my 20,000 rs.

My self ragunath ch1967. Initially agent kavya called me and explained about the commodity trading and i was also interested to learn the trading. She promised if i invest 20000 rs surely i will get 2000 to 4000 rs every month. Then i have invested 20000 rs and i clearly told them i can’t trade because i will be busy with my job. She promised the company having well experienced and trained executive traders and they will take care.
After 4 days kavya called me and said there is one offer is there for new client that the company will take 10000 rs as advance brokerage and i will get the benefit of brokerage amount will be reduced by 50 % and amount will be reversed from the 10000. Then ashok called me and he has given me so many fake promises. If i accept for this advance brokerage, the whole initial amount will be return and revers in four months. But in four months i have lost all my money. Before investing i have reviewed all the comments in the customer complaints. But i didn’t take this comments as seriously.
Now the company made more than 15000 from advanced brokerage and brokerage. When the balance become 2500 i have requested for payout but again kavya said they can trade continuously and they will bring it to profit. Now i lost all my money and i am end up with 630 rs from 20, 000 rs. Now they are not even answering my call and they don’t have a courage too.
If you invested in this company and lost your money please don’t ever call the sky commodity escalations service. There is one guy kumar in the escalation team and he will enquire you if you raising any complains instead of enquiring sky committee agents. I have never come across this kind a situation in my life.
I have shock when they have raised below points to me.
• why you are letting them to trade (Sky commodities)?
• why you haven’t raise the complainant before. Once you lost 80% of money you raising the complaint?
• did we inform, during the welcome call that we cannot assure the profit 5000 or 10000 every month?
• once you lost the money we can’t do anything.
• it is up to you to continue or not when you lost your 50% of the investment.

Instead of asking this questions to the client you can train your employees well.
If you speak to kumar he will make you feel like you have done everything wrong and the tone which he is using to speak to the customer is not at all accepted. At last you will lose your money as well as feel the embarrassment of dealing with worst people and you won’t even image of talking to them again.

Unskilled executives.
Fake promises.
Irresponsible management.
Worst customer service.
