About electronic phone of oppo Reno 7

I have ordered a new oppo Reno 7 phone from Flipkart and this phone is defective but the Flipkart is not giving me the replacement they are telling that we have to take it to service center but I ha ordered form Flipkart not service center pls resolve my issue...

I checked with different aadhar numbers of my family but no aadhar is going to validate. It is giving some run time error of php coding.

Hot Slimming Shaper Belt not yet received

i order via paytm for 2 pic Hot Slimming Shaper Belt but i have received only one but where as that is also defective which is paytm team has taken back but another one i didnt received and when i track the thing i see the status as delivered. can you see in this or guide me where to go and complaint about it. if you call me that will great.
