Skyrock City Sector - 112, Mohali, Punjab — For refunding of plot money

I pay 50% money of 150 sq yd plot in skyrock city. Due to financial problem i need money. I give application to the owner of skyrock city navjeet singh from two years. But he not refunding my money. When i call him, he not pikup my phone. When i go to their office they ask me that they refund money in two - three days. But when i go after two - three days then they ask me that come after few days. I think that you took action against fraud owner and help me.
