Slicepay — not providing any information regarding my emis and over charging me for emis

I have moved to the united states last year, my registered mobile number is no longer in service. I have paid all my emis on time till march through a payment link generated but for the month of april, i was being charged ₹12.5 k instead of ₹6.6k, my family was called and threatened about the payment. I have asked them to send me ongoing payment plan details but i haven't received any reply upon sending multiple queries regarding the same. They won't change my registered phone number to my current number nor will they send me any information regarding payments before hand. This is the level of transparency of customer service. Can anyone help me out with that?
