I did take a credit from slice pay but because of some network error the transaction was done twice. But the issue is the first transaction was not done with the third party they refunded the amount of 5410 but still slice pay is not showing that amount in my slice pay account despite complaining many time as well as i have given them all the details regarding the refund the refund transaction details. They are unnecessarily forcing me to pay the amount which has all already be refunded for the transaction which has not been done.. They have converted the whole amount without many consent to 18 month emi. I have been facing this issue for past 25 days.. I did complaint them that very same day when the issue happens and no action has been taken.
