I have made a repayment for my emi on 3rd june through google pay for which the amount got debited from my bank account and the payment was successful from their end but the same was not reflecting in the slicepay app. So, i have made the repayment again on 4th june thinking that i would get my refund within 2-3 buisness days.
I have mailed them regarding the concern but all time they give the reply as we have received the payment and the same is reflecting in the app. I tried to explain that it was the 2nd payment which was made on 4th june that was reflecting but i haven't received refund for the failed payment. Their reply was the same.
I had contacted google pay and paytm bank regarding this and they routed me to check with the merchant as the transaction was successful from their end.
I'm tired of writing mails to them. They just reply without reading the actual issue. It was like a robotic reply.
I just want my refund back as it's my hard earned money.
