I made 2 transactions on 30th May 2022 for which the refund was initiated on 31st May 2022 and as of today 16July 2022 My refund has not been reflected and i have been charged an late fee of 600 as for now because i disagreed to pay the wrong amount and their customer service is so bad i haven't received a reply on the app for a week but then they mail you saying we didnt hear from you so we closed the ticket and on call they make you wait 15-20 mins on hold and then hang up and when you call again they say let me put you on hold and when i said no dont he didnt listen to me and still put the call on hold when i said don't put the call on hold.
