Slicepay — Wrong billing

I have been trying to get my issue resolved since 2nd September but till date no resolution provided after so many calls and mails to their SO CALLED Customer Support and mentioning my concern on Twitter as well. Now I am being charged late fee along with warning sms that this will impact my future loans and credit cards. First of all bill I received was of Rs 2791.34 generated on 2nd September without converting it into EMI I cleared my dues for the month of August at around 12pm. After that i tried to make new payment for make my trip for the amount of Rs3600 around 1pm which was not processed due to some technical issues on the merchants end so i made the particular payment through UPI. Later when i checked SLICE app it started showing Rs3600 due for payment which was not even completed. Ive been on follow up since then only but to no avail ive received proper resolution just one time i received callback that too didnt helped me. Going to file FIR in nxt 24 hours if still not resolved.
