We have purchased an apartment with slv projects / slv developers 5 year back still the khata transfer has not happened. Oc is still not been done. Whenever we call murli or ramesh the owners they don't take our call... Now we have to give certain portion of the wall and play area for the govt drainage work... The builders are playing around with us... It's seems they are too big to bother about our small problem

Builder who is responsible for boundary wall deviation is not responding our calls and queries and we apartment owners are fighting lone battle..
I recommend people not book any flats from SLV developers as they are fraud people
