I am ramashankar gaur, reside at a-120, nand gram, ghaziabad writing this after getting mentally and economically harassed, cheated and dishonestly inducing delivery of property by mr vinod kumar singh who is owner of slv infrabuild pvt ltd. I have booked 2 bhk flat in balaji enclave, govindpuram by slv infrabuild on 24th june 2018. He (Mr vinod kumar singh, owner of slv infrabuild) assured and given in writing on 'agreement to sale' to give possession by 31st sep'18. But the aforesaid property (Flat no: ff4, plot no: l-17 & 18, balaji enclave, govindpuram, ghaziabad) was not completed by that time and he did not have complete and legal property document due to which home loan from dhfl, and other private home loan provider was not processed. After six months of agreement, he said to pay 6% to 7% of home loan amount to home loan provider to get the loan processed but i was unable to pay that extra amount if so then would have been spent money to purchase in ready to move apartment. Moreover, during oct'18 to dec'18, gda was sealing unauthorized property in balaji enclave hence i decided to cancel my 2 bhk flat. Since then, i asked mr. Vinod kumar singh (Owner of slv infrabuild) multiple times to refund my 1 lac 71 thousand rupees in cash or transfer electronically as per his convenience but he never responded positively and has been trying to mess with my money. I also, heard that he and his people were involved in beating and used abusive language against gda engineers' who went to seal unauthorized properties in balaji enclave last year in 2018. Hence, i would request you to help me to get my money back as per the agreement wherein it was clearly mentioned that he, mr vinod kumar singh who seems to be indulged in criminal activities as per his past behavior to me and feedback from his various clients and near by people, is liable to return me the double amount (3 lac 42 thousand) of advance money against property (1 lac 71 thousand).
