I'm RAJESH GANGA, we have bought this product from SMART ACCESSORIES HUB. We asked that we need it to be delivered to Andhra Pradesh, the shopkeeper said he can deliver it, but need to pay delivery charges we agreed and paid delivery charges at the same time. The package was delivered and it was damaged by the time they delivered, so I contacted shop keeper he said contact delivery guys. They said they would pay 7500 rupees only because this package value written during delivery was 7500 rupees. So I contacted again shopkeeper and asked him if this product value is 7500 rupees, then why did you charge us 21800 rupees? . After that I didn't get any response from shop keeper I tried multiple attempts to contact them. I bought this product in SMART ACCESSORIES HUB shop which was in 15A/59, Basement, W.E.A Karolbagh, near Punjab sweets, next to Hdfc bank, 110005, Delhi. But they gave me bill with another shop address : SMART ACCESSORIES HUB (address: G-49, 56, Vikas Surya Plaza, Manglam, palace, M2K Rohini sector -3, Delhi - 110085) This shop guy made me a fool and troubled me a lot and gave me so much depression and wasted my time and money. I don't know whom to ask at last so I filed this complaint and this is my last hope.
