The product is not working. Product what we received is being same as the picture u had sent us, but the wheels down the machine was not rotating. Brush which is placed under the two rotating circle wheels is not fitting in to the wheels. So that was the complaint from us. So please kindly inform us to make sure that whether you will take back the product... Or else you will send other fresh product... Please wanted to knew your reply as quickly as possible.
