Hi,
i am Arijit Banerjee bought a product form a e-commerce site ( www.smartshoppers.in ) on 31 January 2016 and got a successful payment mail from the site but still today I haven't received any product from seller. I had all ready wrote 3 e-mails to the e-commerce site but they have not given a single reply, But after calling they told my order is successfully payed but it is not approved from there side so i will get a refund with in 12 days, but still they haven't given me the refund. when ever i call them they say i will receive the refund quickly. I am attaching a mail which I have received from www.smartshoppers.in after successful payment.

I hope you will understand my problem and take a action as quickly as possible.
