This watch was not working properly. The touch was not working on right side part of the screen.

If we put sim it automatically shut down within a second. Even if we restart it searches and immediately shutting off.

I've already send this message requesting for a refund and return within 2 days through your "contact us" option in your website. No response from your side.
Today once again i've sent a message through same option.

I have ordered arrow smart wrist watch but product came another one and its not working properly i raised refund complaint in your official website but till now there is no response from your side you people are doing fraud business i think so another websites or ecomm wil give the reply and one more thing u people dint have any mobile or office numbers infromation also this is so bad so please request you to refund the amount the details are stated below
