I brought BlazeWatch on seeing advertisement in Indian Express in internet news, which they said a startup Indian Company selling the product at a fraction of price on COD basis and the price is Rs. 2, 499/-, which they sent through Bluedart courier on 26th August'2020.
To my surprise when I opened the contents after paying the amount it has no manual and not working condition.
I immediately brought to the notice of Bluedart couriers and they said we gave the item as given in sealed condition which you have received and our responsibility ends after submitting the products.
There is no Phone or Mobile nor any E-mail but the Return Address mentioned is "SmartWatchStore, 7/234B, Geeta Colony, Delhi-110031" timings 12pm to 5pm and no other details.
