The same was delivered on 30/07/2018. The said item is totally different from advertisement and making unbearable sound. I want to return this product but there is no procedure defined to return the item. By this complaint site i came to know that the customer success manager addressed her/his name differently to customer, for someone ankita sharma, ankita gupta and so on as per your surname, as i got ankita negi mobile no.
