Smashing Commerce — pest repellent fraud

Pest repellant which i purchased through the www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant. I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So i can't use it. So, i would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website.

Maine is product ko rs 480/-dekar khareeda ttha.
Isne bilkul kaam nahi kiya .compny me phone nahi uthate .vaapas ki mail daali pr koi responce nahi.

Its a fraud company...plz dont purchase anything from smashing commerce.first problem product pest repelant is defective.2nd in picture product is diffrent than existing..3rd no replacemet policy.no feedback.if you call at helpline no. That not pick up by them..Ultimately total loss..it just wastage of money and time.
