Smashing Commerce — return for smashing product

Had purchased a product from smashing commerce on 12th July and i received it on 18th July 18. The product which is delivered is different from which they have shown at their website. The product is too cheap and also it looks like it is of max 50 rs.
They have provided one mobile number which is of manager Ankita Agrawal, i tried to call but no one is receiving the call. I think her title will be change according to our title.
I dropped a mail to Anikta that i want to return this product but I received the mail that use it for 60 days.
I want to return the product and want my money back.
